Julia's practice focuses primarily on the representation of electric generation and transmission owners, developers, traders, financial institutions, investors, and investor-owned utilities in regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters involving the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Department of State (import/export proceedings) and state regulatory commissions.
