Jeremiah Harvey

Jeremiah J. Harvey is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Products Liability, Complex Tort Litigation practice group. He also focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in San Francisco courts. Jeremiah earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. At U.C. Davis, he served as Chair of the Negotiation Board, National Moot Court Board Appellate Advocate, Student Body Representative and was an Editor of the Business Law Journal. Before law school, Jeremiah graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he appeared on the Dean’s List and earned a Bachelor of Arts for his studies in Law & Society and Political Science. At Santa Barbara, Jeremiah served as President of the Phi Alpha Delta Honors Fraternity and was an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Disabled Student and Big Brother Big Sister programs.

Jeremiah is admitted to the California State Bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and United States District Court for the Central District.
