Laura Philipp has been an associate in Hogan Lovells' Munich office since 2012. She advises clients in all areas of European and German competition law, including merger control filings, cartel authority investigations and distribution cartel law. Laura focuses on German and cross-border transactions as well as on the antitrust law aspects of all kinds of corporate and commercial agreements (joint ventures and cooperation, distribution, R&D, and technology transfer agreements).
