Maximilian Baur

Maximilian Baur counsels clients on labor and employment law, including litigation matters. His key practice covers the entire field of individual and collective employment law, including advice on service and termination agreements. He also advises in negotiations with works councils and regularly represents clients in court hearings. In addition, Maximilian advises companies on all aspects of work-related data privacy law.
