Matthew H. Griffin

Matthew helps his clients manage environmental and reputational risks related to their operations, both inside and outside of litigation. With a pre-law school background in fundraising, Matthew understands how numbers tell a story. He draws on this experience to simplify and explain complex issues that clients encounter in litigation and when navigating air, water, and solid and toxic waste regulations. Matthew has experience investigating facts, developing claims and defenses, drafting and responding to discovery, and planning for motions and trial themes.
