Professional Bio
Mirenda Gwin is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office and a member of the firm’s International Trade and Litigation groups. In the Trade space, Mirenda focuses her practice on compliance counseling related to export controls, forced labor, and human rights laws and requirements. She also advises clients on compliance with OFAC sanctions and U.S. import and customs rules. Mirenda’s litigation work focuses on complex multi-district litigation matters and investigations by State Attorneys General. Additionally, she has experience in tax controversy matters, business insurance disputes, and anti-terrorism litigation. Mirenda maintains an active pro bono practice in immigration and asylum.
