Nicholas Simon is an attorney in the firm’s New Orleans office. He represents businesses in Louisiana’s energy and maritime industries.

Nicholas handles onshore and offshore cases as a member of the firm’s Product Liability, Class Action, and Toxic Tort Team. He is involved in federal multi-district litigation across the Gulf Coast.

Nick earned his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and he clerked on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.
