Paige Reese

Paige prepares and prosecutes patent applications, conducts patentability and freedom to operate searches, counsels clients on the strategic use of intellectual property assets, and drafts and negotiates the complex agreements that underpin software development and licensing. She also provides counsel on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, especially those with intellectual property implications. While Paige works with clients in a variety of industries, she holds a degree in computer science and has a particular focus on technology, software, new IT processes, and machine learning.
