With a background as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, Peter guides clients through both internal and government investigations. He assists firm clients undergoing government investigations of alleged wrongdoing, advising the client throughout the process and representing them before government agencies and investigators. In addition, he conducts internal investigations for clients concerned about potential misconduct that could lead to government intervention.
