Robert A.H. Middleton

Robert is a litigator whose diverse practice spans both the General Litigation and Environmental Groups. He assists clients on a wide variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, white collar investigations, intellectual property infringements, and insurance litigation. Robert has also worked on environmental disputes under RCRA, CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act.
