Robert Thomas

Robert M. Thomas, Jr is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of the Whistleblower Law Collaborative LLC. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Maryland, where he was a prosecutor of white collar fraud cases. Since 2003, he and Suzanne Durrell have been representing qui tam relators and other whistleblowers under the IRS, SEC, and CFTC programs. Bob is also an adjunct professor at Boston University Law School, where he teaches a course on Health Care Fraud and Abuse.
