Shaina Rasmussen

Shaina Rasmussen is an associate in Manion Gaynor & Manning's Products Liability and Complex Tort Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining MG&M, Shaina worked as a Direct Claims Manager and Mass Tort and Environmental Litigation attorney. In these roles, she participated in the defense of asbestos and hazardous waste claims for a broad range of insureds ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small product distributors. Shaina has extensive experience in the development of joint defense and cost share arrangements between insurance carriers. She has also handled insurance coverage disputes and declaratory judgments on behalf of insurers.

Shaina earned her law degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2010. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 2007 with a double major in Political Science and Women Studies. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Originally from Connecticut, Shaina currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
