Tamara Brightwell

Tamara Brightwell is a corporate partner at Wilson Sonsini, where she counsels public company clients on a wide range of regulatory matters and provides expert securities law advice on complex capital markets transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Tamara served as the Disclosure Review Program Director in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). During her nearly two decades at the SEC and in the Division of Corporation Finance, Tamara served in numerous roles, including as Deputy Chief Counsel, Senior Advisor to the Chair, Senior Special Counsel, Special Counsel, and Attorney-Advisor.
