Thomas Maw of Fladgate LLP

Thomas Maw is an associate in the corporate department at Fladgate.

He advises on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, venture capital fundraisings and private equity transactions.

Thomas has experience of acting for both individuals and businesses operating within a number of sectors including infrastructure, sport, clean energy and leisure.

He graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2012 with a degree in Geography. He joined Fladgate as a trainee solicitor in September 2016 and qualified as an associate in the corporate department at Fladgate in September 2018.

Thomas has recently been seconded to Equitix Management Services Limited. Before joining Fladgate he worked as a paralegal in the UK legal department of Robert Bosch Limited.
