November 28th, 2019 In the early morning hours of November 27, 2019, a loud explosion rocked the town of Port Neches.  The Port Neches plant explosion resulted in three people injured, extensive property damage across the town and release of a known carcinogen: Butadiene.  Subsequently at least three more explosions were reported resulting in a smoke stack being launched into the air like a rocket.   A Texas Petrochemicals Group class action has already been launched by…

(ITC) bulk liquid storage terminal which sent a large black cloud high over Deer Park and surrounding communities east of Houston, Texas.  The fire, which ultimately was allowed largely to burn out, spawned lawsuits from thousands of residents and Harris County for the pollution and chemical inhalation injuries. November 7th, 2019 The CPSC Warning Regarding Inclined Baby Sleepers On Friday November 1st, 2019, the Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a warning that many thought was long over due: Stop using all inclined baby sleepers that allow an infant to sleep at a 10 degree incline or greater. Jurors from two different states have slammed Werner with two separate multi-million-dollar verdicts in relation to their safety practices and procedures.  For a company that operates its own truck driving school these verdicts do not bode well.
