A short and final post to let you know the DCC Blawg has come to an end. As part of the Phase III restructuring of the DCC there will be some changes in the coming months. One of these is

DCC Blawg, published by the Digital Curation Center, focuses on legal and ethical issues related to digital curation and digital archives. Topics include copyright, data protection, privacy law, freedom of information, and content liability in the context of digital preservation and access. The blog also covers standards and best practices for managing personal information, such as the BS 10012 data protection specification, and explores challenges posed by emerging technologies to existing legal frameworks. Additionally, it highlights events and resources related to digital evidence, licensing negotiations, and compliance requirements for digital content management.
