It is affiliated with the National Employment Lawyers Association, a national organization of lawyers who represent employees in cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, employee benefits, and other employment related matters. The site is well done and informative, with pages providing fairly detailed information on hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment, wages and hours, unemployment, workers’ compensation, health and safety, and other work-related issues.
