LARRY LEFF, an attorney since 1974, became the litigation partner with Jim Winzenburg in 1979. He has been active in the American, Colorado, Denver, and Arapahoe County Bar Associations, the Plaintiff and National Employment Lawyers Associations, the Colorado Labor Law Forum, the American and Colorado Trial Lawyers’ Associations, and the American Inns of Court. His practice has covered many different homeowners association issues over the years, ranging from assessment collection and covenant enforcement to numerous construction related matters such as mechanics liens and complex construction litigation. His practice is concentrated on employment law issues and litigation: he defends against wrongful termination lawsuits and other employment issues for homeowner associations.
