Usually, employment law is not something that I gravitate towards when reading through articles and blogs.  Today, both of my favorite posts discuss such issues.  Russell Cawyer had some interesting thoughts about the recent lawsuits involving overtime compensation and the rising use of smart phones in the workplace.  Mark Tabakman’s post also discussed overtime and on-call company policies. The moral of the story? Employment law = fun.
