The LexBlog Network is ending the week with a bang.  David Silverman has an excellent review of the “landmark” Citizens United v. FEC Supreme Court case on its one year anniversary, and Michael Kahn takes a look at trademark laws and the adult entertainment industry.  Also, with the week coming to an end we’re one day closer to NFL Playoff Armageddon, as the Green Bay Packers are traveling to Chicago to face off with the Bears.  As much as it pains me to say this, go Pack!
