Veggie Burgers Recalled Due to Salmonella

An Ontario, Canada company is recalling its frozen vegetarian burgers because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.

Sol Cuisine of Mississauga and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) are warning the public not to eat Sol Cuisine brand Spicy Bean Burgers, which were distributed throughout Canada.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the burgers. 

The recalled Sol Cuisine brand frozen Spicy Bean Burgers are sold in packages with UPC number 6 28025 01929 8 and lot code 06711.
