Even with the 4th of July breaking up the work week for many of us, today definitely feels like a Friday.  Although, it does help when you can set your watch to which authors are posting on the LexBlog Network that day.  While some favor the early part of the week, Robin Shea has been posting on Fridays with increasing regularity.  Today is no different as she talks about ADA accommodations employers almost never have to make.

  • 5 reasonable accommodations an employer almost never has to make – Winston-Salem attorney Robin Shea of Constangy on the firm’s blog, Employment & Labor Insider
  • Obama Administration Asks the Supreme if “Everybody’s Got the Right to Love” – Roseland, New Jersey lawyer Christina Stoneburner of Fos Rothschild on the Employment Discrimination Report
  • The enormous opportunity Japan now offers lawyers everywhere – Business development advisor John Grimley on his blog, International Business Development
  • No attorney-client privilege in Korea, so says the Korean Supreme Court. – Seoul lawyer Nathan McMurray of Barun Law on his blog, Korea Law Today
  • Courting Uncertainty – Often, There’s No Way to Know What Judges Will Do – Senior Counsel and Director of Advocacy at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Evan Schultz. on the ACC’s In-House Access
  • Introducing the Office of Financial Empowerment – Asset Opportunity Director and Shriver Center supervising attorney Karen Harris on The Shriver Brief
  • Clowning Around With Catch Phrase Trademarks – Minneapolis attorney Brent Lorentz of Winthrop Weinstine on DuetsBlog

  • China Joint Ventures. Are You On The Same Page? – Seattle lawyer Dan Harris of Harris & Moure on the firm’s China Law Blog
  • First Circuit Finds Bank’s Online-Security Procedures ‘Commercially Unreasonable’ – Washington, DC lawyer Michael Beder of Covington & Burling on the firm’s blog, InsidePrivacy
