Recently, the Tel Aviv University Business School devoted an evening to recent Anglo immigrants seeking employment opportunities in Israel across a variety of industries, ranging from law to sales, from marketing to accounting. I, together with a series of speakers, spoke of the challenges and strategies related to locating comparable, challenging and rewarding positions in Israel. Among the messages communicated to those who attended the event was the need to be creative and consider ways in which one’s experiences and talents are a good fit for the local economy. This message is especially relevant for attorneys seeking employment in Israel.
