The Law Offices of Tracey Rosswurm has come up with Destination Divorces, a process that skips court proceedings and heads directly to mediation; soon-to-be ex spouses go on a 3-day resort vacation, with their respective lawyers, and stay in separate bedrooms, to "hammer out the details."
