Maybe, just maybe, the military is serious this time about doing something about sexual harassment, if the pace of arrests and suspensions is any indications. Seems like a day does not go by without some military officer in hot water for being a harasser or for not dealing properly with harassment.
The latest — Major General Michael T. Harrison, the top US Army general in Japan, was suspended last week for failing to adequately investigate an allegation of sexual assault.
