Should Your Wellness Program Include Prancercise?
Who needs exercise when you can Prancercise? While Chrissie was looking for this week’s 5 minute laugh session, I could not help but notice her laughing a lot — out loud and with the occasional inadvertent snort — at a particular video.
Prancercise is apparently one Florida woman’s exercise program based on horses and how they move. Her logic: look how fit horses are.
With wellness programs increasingly being in the news at the EEOC where a panel recently advised that there needs to be additional guidance to avoid discrimination, I thought we could at least relate it somewhat to the employment area.
