Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to expand its Business Immigration & Compliance practice as the firm grows its Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices to further address our clients’ needs. The Philadelphia office welcomed attorney Adam Longenbach, who will primarily focus on the firm’s growing EB-5 practice. He assists clients in filing I-526 Petitions for Alien Entrepreneurs, including documenting the investor’s lawful source of funds. The Philadelphia office also welcomed paralegal Amanda Aslin. Ms. Aslin brings a breadth of experience in immigration law and assists the firm’s clients in all areas of employment-based immigration.

The New Jersey office also welcomed attorneys Cory Richards and Sylvia Sobczyk. Mr. Richards focuses his practice on EB-5 investor-based immigration. He helps facilitate the EB-5 process for clients by working with them to file their I-526 petitions, I-829 petitions and corresponding applications for permanent residency. Mr. Richards also works with developers across a variety of industries to develop new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments for private equity funds; create new Regional Centers; and have projects adopted by existing Regional Centers or through pooled individual EB-5 petitions. Ms. Sobczyk focuses her practice on immigration matters, including EB-5 investor-based and family-based immigration. She is experienced with I-526 petitions, particularly for clients from China and Vietnam, and corresponding applications for permanent residency.
