In a deal that is making news across Israel, Sichuan Hebang Corp. will acquire control of Israeli-based Stockton, a private company in the agrochemical industry known for its environmentally-friendly, vegetable extract-based pesticide. The deal, pursuant to which Hebang will acquire a 51 percent interest in Stockton for $91 million, is the company’s first investment outside of China.
