On Thursday, August 27, Greenberg Traurig’s Pete Michaels, shareholder in the Greenberg Traurig’s Financial Regulatory and Compliance and Securities Litigation Groups, presented “Legal Quick Hit: But I Thought it was No Big Deal: United States Regulatory Traps for the Unwary Financial Services Firm” to the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Financial Services Committee. The webinar covered important regulatory considerations that are not always top-of-mind as well as highlights of a handful of regulatory landmines that can cause major headaches for in-house counsel if not handled proactively and appropriately.

Greenberg Traurig is a proud sponsor of ACC’s Financial Services Committee. The Financial Services Committee provides resources and services to ACC members who serve clients in securities, insurance and other financial services businesses.
