ritterslblogfayslblogchudwickslblogBruce Chudwick, Julie Fay and Jessica Ritter will be speaking at the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) Annual Conference on Governance on September 26, 2015 at the Hopkins School in New Haven, CT.  Their presentation, “Update on Current Legal Issues for Independent Schools” will provide insight and guidance on legal issues schools are faced with including:

  • Social Media and Students
  • Student Sexual Activity
  • Gender Identity
  • Medical Concerns
  • ADA and Accommodations
  • International Travel/Field Trips
  • National Labor Relations Board Areas of Focus for Private Employers

The CAIS conference offers specialized programming with professionals in the fields of governance, leadership, strategic planning, development, law, marketing, financial oversight, and long-range financial planning.
