Aspect Software, Inc. and four affiliates, which provide contact center, self-service and workforce solutions, have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-10597). The debtors have entered into a plan support agreement with certain of their lenders. The chapter 11 petition for Aspect Software Parent, Inc. (including the consolidated list of top 50 creditors), the first day declaration and the docket are available through Prime Clerk.
