As a follow-up to our March 24, 2016 post, on May 16, 2016, Ballard Spahr submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on proposed revisions to documents used in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, including the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts, RAD Use Agreement, RAD Conversion Commitment, and Financing Plan. The proposed revisions to the RAD documents represent substantive changes, as well as the incorporation of established policies and riders into the body of the documents.
