Phoenix Brands, LLC and three affiliates have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-11242). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon. The debtors source, manufacture and distribute laundry and fabric care products, primarily in North America and are based in Stamford, Connecticut. The debtors have filed a motion to sell substantially all of their assets through sales to separate bidders. The petitions (including the consolidated list of top 20 creditors), first day declaration and docket are available through Omni Management.
