In connection with the passage and staged rollout of the GDPR, we are pleased to be offering a new Data Protection Officer Training Academy aimed at providing guidance to any IT, compliance, or legal professional who is or may be taking on the role of Data Protection Officer under this new regime.  The DPO Training Academy will provide practical, interactive guidance on how to establish and manage compliance as a DPO, consistent with the many requirements of the GDPR.  The first trainings will be in Amsterdam in early October, and in London in mid-November.  If anyone is potentially interested in participating, please email naomi.maryles@dlapiper.com, and we will provide additional information.  We are also planning to roll this out in Tel Aviv in early 2017.

For more details on the upcoming trainings and what the course will cover, please click here.
