Below is a summary of the April Visa Bulletin, including Final Action Dates and changes from the previous month:
- China EB-2 continues to move forward one month at a time, while EB-3 jumps ahead five months ,and the EB-3 cut-off date (August 15, 2014) remains ahead of the EB-2 date (January 15, 2013)
- India EB-2 creeps forward three weeks to June 22, 2008 and EB-3 advances only two days to March 24, 2005
- Philippines EB-3 advances six months to September 15, 2012
- Worldwide EB-3 moves forward two months to February 1, 2017
