On May 10th , DG Competition of the European Commission published the Final Report of its e-commerce sector inquiry, representing a proactive step for the Commission in fulfilling its competition-oriented aim of providing better access for businesses and consumers to online goods and service across Europe by removing unjustified company erected barriers.
