The violent incident was committed a few minutes before midnight in the area of 116 East Blackwell Street in Dover, NJ. According to authorities, the victim, a 36-year-old man who lives in Dover NJ, was walking on East Blackwell Street when an unidentified man approached with a knife in hand. The suspect allegedly used the weapon to stab the victim and then fled the scene on foot.
