Dover New Jersey Arson AttorneysLaw enforcement is investigating a fire that damaged a single-family house in Dover, NJ. Depending on what investigators find, it’s possible that authorities could classify the fire as an arson incident.

The Dover Police Department got a 911 call just before 3:15 a.m. from resident of a home on Thompson Avenue in Dover, New Jersey. The residents said that the house was on fire.

Cops and firefighters soon arrived at the scene and could see flames coming from the property.

The good news is that the three residents of the house managed to get out without suffering injuries.

Dover firefighters put out the blaze within 30 minutes. However, authorities still had to declare the home uninhabitable because the property was significantly damaged.

Now law enforcement agencies, including the Dover Police Department, the Dover Fire Department, and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Arson Unit, are conducting an investigation into the fire. At this time, authorities do not believe that the fire was suspicious.
