On October 22, 2017, we hosted our third Win Israel GC Confidential Dinner entitled, “What Every GC Needs to Know About Using IP to Protect and Manage their Company’s Assets.” This exclusive dinner took place at the Whiskey Bar & Museum in Tel Aviv and included an intimate group of select General Counsel and in-house legal counsel. The program began with a guided Whiskey tasting paired with flavorsome appetizers. Following our “whiskey tour around the world”, our guests enjoyed a delicious dinner while they listened to insightful presentations by our colleagues, Leon Medzhibovsky, Jonathan Rofé, and Andrew Stein. Andrew provided an overview of the current United States patent litigation environment and a forecast of what lies ahead. Leon followed with a discussion on trade secrets, various licensing models, and what consequences could result from a breach. Jonathan gave the final presentation, examining the associated security and privacy risks resulting from the ever expanding use the of cloud. It was a truly enjoyable and educational evening, please keep a lookout for information on our upcoming WIN Israel GC Confidential Dinners
