The Plano-based Center for American and International Law (CAIL) will host its 55th Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law on November 13 and 14. Joe Cleveland and I will be presenting the 2017 Trade Secrets Update. The speech will include an overview of the recent changes to the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act (TUTSA), a discussion of 2017 Texas cases interpreting TUTSA, and a review of some recommended updates to non-disclosure agreements and other standard forms.
