“Litigation Funding Being Finalized” in Unlockd’s Battle with Google

Unlockd founder Matt Berriman has fired a warning shot against Google, which he accuses of “bleeding a small company out” in “a strategy to squash competition.” The now-defunct ad-tech company has been in talks with several litigation funders, and according to Berriman, a deal is currently being finalized which would allow Unlockd to sue Google for anti-competitive behavior.
