IMF Bentham Pursues Class Action in Flammable Cladding Claim

Litigation funder IMF Bentham is partnering with Australian law firm William Roberts Lawyers to file a class action claim representing thousands of residential, commercial and mixed use real estate owners whose property was destroyed in the 2014 Lacrosse Tower fire in Melbourne.
