Attorney Aprodu represented a client who was terminated after requesting reasonable accommodations. A detailed rebuttal arguing, among other things, the joint employer doctrine resulted in the Division issuing a finding of probable cause.
The case will continue to move through the Division’s process and will be scheduled for a public hearing later this year, or early next year.
