IMF Bentham Secures Favorable Ruling in AET Claim

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has ruled that Australian Executor Trustees (AET) – formerly owned by financial services giant IOOF – should pay claimants $80MM plus costs to compensate for damages from the SEAS Sapfor forestry scheme.
