A contractor’s percentage of on-time payments is based on the number of total projects where they did not receive:

A contractor’s payment speed rating (Fast, Medium, Slow) is also influenced by good payment practices, like requesting/receiving preliminary notices and lien waivers. Both of these visibility documents indicate a contractor’s concern for transparency and relationship-building on a job.
