In a recent news release, Mayor Tory now strongly recommends that condos implement mask policies, on the advice of the Medical Officer of Health. They recommend “requiring anyone who enters or remains within the building, including residents, guests, property management and maintenance workers and other visitors who can wear a mask or face covering in areas including lobbies, laundry rooms and elevators, to do so”.
The City has also created various posters specifically designed for condos and apartments to encourage mask wearing.
