Social Security Disability Benefits Approved – COPD

Our client, 60 years old, had worked for most of his adult life for a construction company. He was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and was no longer able to work. He was required to carry an oxygen tank everywhere he went.
