All Lines of Insurance

Arkansas:  On August 14, Governor Hutchinson issued Executive Order 20-45, extending the state of emergency and several COVID-19 executive orders from August 17, 2020 through October 16, 2020.

Arkansas:  On August 17, the Arkansas Department of Insurance (DOI) issued Bulletin No. 28-2020 to allow premium offsets and give policyholders an additional 60-day moratorium on the cancellation or nonrenewal of personal lines and life and health policies.  The 60-day period runs from August 14 to October 16, 2020.  The 60-day moratorium replaces the 45-day moratorium which expired on August 17.  The Arkansas DOI also issued Bulletin No. 29-2020 to extend COVID-19 bulletins for the duration of the state of emergency.
