It’s hard to believe that September is already here. The Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) is celebrating Falls Prevention Month all September long by providing a multitude of resources regarding prevention tips, different falls facts, and other educational materials.
It is important to recognize that it doesn’t matter what age you are, everyone is at risk for a traumatic brain injury due to a fall. By participating in Falls Prevention Month, you may not only be able to save someone else’s life, but also your own by learning about how to reduce risks.
