At the end of a long week, we always look forward to sharing the newest blogs to our Network. We welcome two from Rothwell Figg as well as a 17th from Perkins Coie. As always, we have a whole plethora of subjects covered.

  • One of two from Rothwell Figg this week, Biosimilars Law Bulletin closely follows the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act. Their team of experienced attorneys write updates, articles, and analyses that center around the Act and issues of patent rights and post-grant challenges.
  • PTAB Law Blog also belongs to Rothwell Figg and, like the first, has a focused niche. Specializing in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, their blog boasts a number of in-depth analyses and commentaries on patent and trademark related issues.
  • The cannabis world is ever-changing and growing,  and Perkins Coie has launched a blog to keep you up to date. A 17th blog from the firm, Cannabis Legal Highlights covers exactly what you’d expect, highlighting new regulations and technology trends in the industry.
  • Joining us from down south in Australia is Registered Provider, an organization that seeks to better the everyday lives of those living with permanent and significant disabilities. Their blog expands upon this goal by providing resources and tips for those affected.
  • Assisting with divorce and family law, Renkin & Associates is dedicated to serving clients throughout San Diego. They do this not just through practicing law, but through their blog. From joint custody matters to parental rights, they offer advice on practical family issues.
  • Public records and data can be hard to navigate properly, but Tracers‘s investigative research software puts that hard-to-find information right at your fingertips. Their blog is just as helpful, sharing data tips and resources from the legal to real estate realms.
  • Colorado real estate and land use specialist Otten Johnson  launches their third blog with LexBlog, Rocky Mountain Conservation Easement Law. They share insights on matters relating to land preservation and associated tax incentives.
  • With her foot in the legal door as early as age 12, Jaimie B. Field, Esq  uses her years of experience to training and coaching clients to become Rainmakers. Her blog provides recommendations on content marketing and and networking
